Our unique ability to adapt and problem solve resulted in an outstanding 2021 for BDP. We welcomed many talented new people to our offices, BDP Pattern introduced new opportunities, we have won prestigious projects through collaboration round the globe and we continue to expand, opening studios in New York, Lima and Edinburgh.

BDP has social purpose. We have strengthened our engagement with environmental and social value through new appointments and commitments in recognition of the enormous responsibility we share in creating a sustainable and equitable future.

We are a collective of innovators constantly striving to find solutions to the challenges of the modern world. The launch of BDP Council and BDP Lab, reimagines our approach and refines our designs.

We are BDP
We have worked in a much more collaborative way over the last two years, to build better futures for our people, our clients, for the planet and the communities where we live and work. We have celebrated a year of BDPbelonging, our equality diversity and inclusion programme, which champions cultural change to create a sense of belonging for everyone in the practice.
We are global
Through technology, we have made an explosion of connections around our global network of city studios. These relationships are profound and have influenced how we assemble teams and bring the best of BDP to our clients.
Throughout my first year as Chief Executive, it has been rewarding to see how connected our thinking is as an international practice and to have met many of the next generation of leaders across all professions. In parallel, the three year plan has been updated to integrate business sectors, professions and studios.
This prepares us for an exciting future where we are more connected and can bring together our range of skills and services to contribute to the creation of a more equitable, sustainable, planet.
